Do I need to set up an account to place an order? No, you can shop at NALLA without creating an account.

Which size should I choose? Click on the size guide in the footer or on each product listings page to find out the measurements of each garment type to determine your correct size.

How do I know if an item is in stock? All items displayed are in stock, check the colour and size from the drop down boxes on the product page to find out which colour and sizes are available. Colours and sizes not available will not appear.

I have seen an item on the website and now it no longer appears. Do items come back in stock? Yes, some products will come back in stock. Please send us a message or an email, and we will get back you in a timely manner. 

What payment methods does NALLA accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard and major Credit Cards.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at NALLA? At NALLA, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information. Our page is directly linked to our Shopify Account where all of your transactions will be done safely. 

Do you ship outside the US? Yes, we currently ship to World Wide.

Does Nalla ship to Post Office boxes? Yes.

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost? Within the US we deliver our NALLAS between 2-4 business days. Outside the US, depending on you location, Shipping time and rates may vary. Please send us a message or an email requesting a quote.
